- Identify project viability
- Research the market and/or industry
- Obtain development costing and prepare a development budget cash flow
- Advise in consultation with outside consultants as appropriate to entity structure
- Recommendation, selection of any additional consultants and subsequent briefing
- Coordinate project workshops to include relevant consultants and client input
- Coordinate development funding, either external commercial finance or equity raising, in conjunction with outside consultants and institutions
- Liaise with local and regional authorities and government departments either directly or in consultation with outside consultants
- Over viewing and driving the production of design and construction documentation
- Ensuring required approvals and consents are obtained in the required form and timing
- Oversee construction activity
- Oversee and have input into creation of covenants where necessary
- Ensure titles are issued within the desired timeframe
- Create marketing plans and public relations programmes
- Implementation of marketing plans and public relations programmes
- Design and implementation of community consultation programmes
- Arranging and chairing team meetings and follow up plans.
- Preparing progress reports
- Coordinate presale campaigns
- Assist with underwriting if required
